NEAL NORMAN (R), Principal Broker, Owner Neal Norman is the owner and principal broker of Koa Properties LLC, one of Kauai's top producing and premier general real estate companies. In the early 80's he was the earliest innovator of the agricultural condominium property regimes, with more than 40 successful projects to his credit. He is a husband and father of three and has been a North Shore resident for over 20 years. Neal Norman is also the founder and CEO of Kauai Organic Farms and Hawaii Naturals. His passion for organic farming made it possible for him to become one of Hawaii's largest producers of organic products and produce. As a broker for Koa Properties LLC, Neal has been one of Kauai's top producers for the past 2 decades. LARRY HINKEL (BIC) Love of the tropics and the islands first drew Larry to Kauai over 15 years ago. At that time he started his involvement with Kauai real estate working for a site contractor and real estate developer.
