This magnificent, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, 3.5 acre Polynesian mini-resort is available to serve as your own private getaway, corporate retreat, or dream site for your wedding, party or other "over-the-top" lavish private event. This gated estate is located in the exclusive, gated community of Seacliff Plantation in Kilauea. The property makes the most of its natural, geographically-spectacular setting overlooking Kilauea Bay. Massive wood entry gates open wide to reveal lavish gardens with bright Hawaiian flowers, beckoning you through the soaring Polynesian tower and into the grand courtyard. Cross the handcrafted, Ipe-wood arching bridge over the spectacular 100 foot long salt water swimming pool and anticipate the pleasure of a relaxing soak in the large spa surrounded by native flowers and lava rock, a leap off the towering waterfall, a conversation with friends in the intimate grotto, lounging poolside enjoying your favorite CD playing in the outside surround sound system, or streaking down the 50-foot water slide.
